Dear sir,
With this letter, I want to file a complaint to the
officers in making E-KTP, I make E-KTP in my school about 11 months ago and
until now not finish.
I’ve been asking this to head of RT where I live and a
few days later the head of RT convey to me that it’s not finished and I feel
this very disappoint because some of students who make E-KTP do not receive
them, although some are already receiving.
I hope all officers involved can resolve this problem.
